Bert has led a strong executive management career combining strategic and tactical finance experience while delivering long-term revenue and profit growth in highly competitive domestic and international markets. Previous to RSi, Bert was the CFO for Metric Stream, the market leader in enterprise-wide Governance, Risk, Compliance (GRC) and Quality Management Solutions. Prior to Metric Stream, Bert was COO for Atrenta, one of the largest private companies in the Electronic Design Automation industry, which was successfully sold to Synopsys in 2015.
Bert holds a BA from George Washington University and is fluent in French and Italian. When not working, Bert enjoys traveling, cycling and spending time with his family.
John has deep finance and business operations experience with high-growth, internationally complex, entrepreneurial and listed companies with significant international experience working in Asia, Europe and Latin America. Previous to RSi, John was CFO at ClearCare Inc, the leading Cloud operating system provider for the home care industry where he led the successful sale of the company to private equity. Prior to ClearCare, John was a Financial Advisor for 123Compliance Corporation, a cloud software company delivering a full suite of compliance applications for the Medical Device, Pharma, Biotech and Consumer Product companies. Before joining 123Compliance Corporation, John was Senior Vice President Finance and Treasurer for QAD Inc. where he was a leader of global teams for this software company with approximately $290m in revenues generated from sales in 90 countries including a rapidly growing Cloud revenue stream.
John received a MBA from University of Southern California, Marshall School of Business, a MS in Business, Finance, Management from the University of Technology, Sydney and a B.Ec, in Accounting, Economics, Finance from the University of Sydney. John is also the Co-Founder and Owner of Third Window Brewing Company in Santa Barbara California and when not working enjoys spending time with his family.
Kirk joined RSi in 2018 and is responsible for leading all business development and sales growth worldwide for RSi.
Previous to RSi, Wheeler was Vice President, Global Sales and Solutions, at Genpact and was responsible for selling and leading global analytic and research capabilities within the CPG and retail channels. Prior to Genpact, Wheeler was Executive Vice President and General Manager at Manthan, a producer of retail and CPG business intelligence, advanced analytics and optimization solutions. Wheeler also spent five years with IRI as Senior Vice President establishing top-to-top relationships with leading CPG companies.
Kirk has a BS in Natural Resources Management and Policy from Colorado State University. When Kirk isn’t spending time planning global sales domination for RSi, he can be found enjoying the empty nest life with his wife, whale watching and time with their family dog.
Crystal manages RSi’s Production teams across the globe. She has over 20 years’ experience in Business Intelligence and Data Analytics – more than 14 of those years in the CPG space. Crystal’s focus is on operational efficiencies and the delivery of timely and accurate data availability.
Crystal holds a BA from the University of New Hampshire. Crystal is also a Board member on her local Youth Soccer League. When she is not working, Crystal enjoys spending time with her family which often includes watching her children play in local soccer tournaments and making delicious food for family and friends to enjoy.
Amit leads all engineering efforts including product design, development and quality assurance at RSi. With over 15 years’ of experience in the field and a deep understanding of building highly scalable analytics platforms, enterprise software and distributed computing architectures, Amit has a proven track record of building and leading many cross functional global engineering teams from the ground up while delivering quality product development releases. Previous to RSi, Amit was with GT Nexus for the past 5 years where he was Vice President Engineering.
Amit obtained a Master’s Degree in Computer Applications, Field Of Study Computer Science from IBS and a Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Field Of Study Mathematics, and Statistics from St John’s College.
Outside of work, Amit loves to travel with family, camping along countryside.
Karl has over 25 years of experience in building and delivering decision support systems for business and military applications. At RSi, Karl leads a team of talents dedicated to develop and deliver a comprehensive suite of solutions that turn retailer data, such as point-of-sale (POS), supply chain, and merchandiser feedback, into actionable visibility into the store and onto the shelf. Previously, at i2 technologies Karl served in a variety of roles including running the CPG consulting practice, founding the Retail consulting group and leading key engagements. Karl was also cofounder of OAT Systems, a premier RFID company.
Karl holds an EMBA and BS Mechanical Engineering from University of Rhode Island and a Masters of Mechanical Engineering from Catholic University in Washington DC. He enjoys paddle boarding with his dog in the cold waters of the Boston Bay.
Stuart manages RSi’s European offices and leads customer success for RSi worldwide. Stuart has a strong background in operational leadership roles linking commercial, marketing, supply and finance functions. He has over 20 years of experience working within Blue Chip Consumer Packaged Goods organizations, with 11 years at Gillette/P&G and 6 years at Birdseye (Private Equity ownership). Stuart has also held various commercial roles managing relationships with all major retailers in the UK.
Stuart holds a Business Diploma from The University of Hertfordshire and when he is not busy keeping customers happy at RSi, Stuart can be found coaching one of his sons’ football (soccer) team and spending time with his family.
Peggy leads the global human resources organization at RSi, and brings a depth of experience in recruiting, compensation, employee development and change management. Prior to joining RSi, Peggy led global human resources teams in the life sciences industry, and served as the head of human resources in high tech for divisions of NEC. Early in her career, Peggy served as an officer in the U.S. Army where she supported HRIS systems.
Peggy earned an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Business, and holds a BS in Business and an MS in Human Resources. When she’s not working, Peggy enjoys trail running, swimming and golf.
Michael leads business development, strategic partnerships and acquisitions at RSi. Prior to leading business development initiatives at RSi, Michael built and led the RSi Ansa team. Prior to joining RSi, Michael worked at PepsiCo Quaker Oats in a variety of brand management positions and at PRN as SVP Marketing, Research and Product Development.
A graduate of Brown University, Michael enjoys sailing with his family on the waters of San Francisco Bay.
Sumita is responsible for all legal matters for RSi worldwide. With over 15 years of in-depth experience across multiple industries, Sumita has a strong background in negotiating complex agreements pertaining to commercial transactions. Sumita also brings to the table significant experience in other areas such as labor and employment matters. Prior to RSi, Sumita was Associate Counsel at Maxim Integrated Products, a Fortune 500 company.
Sumita holds a B.A. in Political Science and Government from UC Davis and a law degree from University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law. When Sumita isn’t immersed in reviewing the latest contract for RSi, she can be found spending time with family and friends, traveling or volunteering at a local charity.
