Bert has led a strong executive management career combining strategic and tactical finance experience while delivering long-term revenue and profit growth in highly competitive domestic and international markets. Previous to RSi, Bert was the CFO for Metric Stream, the market leader in enterprise-wide Governance, Risk, Compliance (GRC) and Quality Management Solutions. Prior to Metric Stream, Bert was COO for Atrenta, one of the largest private companies in the Electronic Design Automation industry, which was successfully sold to Synopsys in 2015.
Bert holds a BA from George Washington University and is fluent in French and Italian. When not working, Bert enjoys traveling, cycling and spending time with his family.
John has deep finance and business operations experience with high-growth, internationally complex, entrepreneurial and listed companies with significant international experience working in Asia, Europe and Latin America. Previous to RSi, John was CFO at ClearCare Inc, the leading Cloud operating system provider for the home care industry where he led the successful sale of the company to private equity. Prior to ClearCare, John was a Financial Advisor for 123Compliance Corporation, a cloud software company delivering a full suite of compliance applications for the Medical Device, Pharma, Biotech and Consumer Product companies. Before joining 123Compliance Corporation, John was Senior Vice President Finance and Treasurer for QAD Inc. where he was a leader of global teams for this software company with approximately $290m in revenues generated from sales in 90 countries including a rapidly growing Cloud revenue stream.
John received a MBA from University of Southern California, Marshall School of Business, a MS in Business, Finance, Management from the University of Technology, Sydney and a B.Ec, in Accounting, Economics, Finance from the University of Sydney. John is also the Co-Founder and Owner of Third Window Brewing Company in Santa Barbara California and when not working enjoys spending time with his family.
Richard is responsible for RSi’s technical operations. Previously, he was Technical Director for Auto-ID at SAP, where he formed and led the team that established SAP as an early leader in responding to the RFID opportunity. Prior to SAP, Richard led Digital Equipment Corporation’s (now HP’s) Western Research Laboratory and created DEC’s Network Systems Laboratory. Earlier in his career, Richard was Vice President of VLSI Test Systems at Megatest Corporation (now Teradyne). Richard holds a B.S. from the University of Essex in England and a Ph.D. in Computer Science from Carnegie Mellon University.

Michael leads Ansa, the digital solution from Retail Solutions Inc. that automatically optimizes and measures online campaigns based on daily, store-level sales analytics. Over 50 of the world’s largest CPG companies and their agencies turn to Ansa when they want to measure and improve the performance of their campaigns running in support of the nation’s leading retailers. Prior to joining RSi, Michael worked at PepsiCo Quaker Oats in a variety of brand management positions and at PRN as SVP Marketing, Research and Product Development.
A graduate of Brown University, Michael enjoys sailing with his family on the waters of San Francisco Bay.
At RSi, Alex drives revenue and leads an international team that forges strong customer relationships while working to best serve the clients’ needs. He is a strong customer advocate and excels at building understanding at the top level of major global companies. Alex has been in software sales and sales management for more than 15 years and has a deep strategic understanding of the industry globally. Before joining RSi, Alex was the Vice President of Sales for SupplyScape Corporation, a leading Software-as-a-Service company focused on supply chain solutions for the drug industry. Previous experience includes Research Solutions, a provider of regulatory and clinical information to the life sciences industry.
Alex holds a BA from University of Colorado. When not working, he enjoys taking the competitive spirit to the edge in any and all kinds of extreme sports with anyone who will join him.
Karl has over 25 years of experience in building and delivering decision support systems for business and military applications. At RSi, Karl leads a team of talents dedicated to develop and deliver a comprehensive suite of solutions that turn retailer data, such as point-of-sale (POS), supply chain, and merchandiser feedback, into actionable visibility into the store and onto the shelf. Previously, at i2 technologies Karl served in a variety of roles including running the CPG consulting practice, founding the Retail consulting group and leading key engagements. Karl was also cofounder of OAT Systems, a premier RFID company.
Karl holds an EMBA and BS Mechanical Engineering from University of Rhode Island and a Masters of Mechanical Engineering from Catholic University in Washington DC. He enjoys paddle boarding with his dog in the cold waters of the Boston Bay.
Amit leads all engineering efforts including product design, development and quality assurance at RSi. With over 15 years’ of experience in the field and a deep understanding of building highly scalable analytics platforms, enterprise software and distributed computing architectures, Amit has a proven track record of building and leading many cross functional global engineering teams from the ground up while delivering quality product development releases. Previous to RSi, Amit was with GT Nexus for the past 5 years where he was Vice President Engineering.
Amit obtained a Master’s Degree in Computer Applications, Field Of Study Computer Science from IBS and a Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Field Of Study Mathematics, and Statistics from St John’s College.
Outside of work, Amit loves to travel with family, camping along countryside.
Stuart manages RSi’s European offices and leads customer success for RSi worldwide. Stuart has a strong background in operational leadership roles linking commercial, marketing, supply and finance functions. He has over 20 years of experience working within Blue Chip Consumer Packaged Goods organizations, with 11 years at Gillette/P&G and 6 years at Birdseye (Private Equity ownership). Stuart has also held various commercial roles managing relationships with all major retailers in the UK.
Stuart holds a Business Diploma from The University of Hertfordshire and when he is not busy keeping customers happy at RSi, Stuart can be found coaching one of his sons’ football (soccer) team and spending time with his family.
