Gartner: Demand Signal Management, Promotion Execution Management Maturing Quickly

In its latest “Hype Cycle for Consumer Goods”, Gartner listed both Demand Signal Management and Promotion Execution Management as “Emerging” technologies with a “High” benefit rating, with Retail Solutions listed as a sample vendor in both categories.

  • Gartner defines Demand Signal Management as the future foundation of a comprehensive information architecture, driving a wide array of demand- and supply-related applications and processes, coordinated by a centralized information store where all demand-related data can be managed, cleansed, normalized and leveraged.
