CACDS (Canadian Association of Chain Drug Stores) is the national association that represents the community pharmacy industry in Canada. The retail members of CACDS are traditional chain and banner drug stores, grocery chains and mass merchandisers with pharmacies.

CSCMP (Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals) exists to: 1. Provide opportunities for supply chain professionals to communicate in order to develop and improve their supply chain management skills. 2. Identify and conduct research which adds to the knowledge base of supply chain theory and practice. 3. Create awareness of the significance of supply chain to business and to the economy.

ECR stands for "Efficient Consumer Response". The ECR movement effectively began in the mid-nineties with the understanding that companies can serve consumers better, faster and at less cost by working together with trading partners.

FMI provides leadership to retailers and wholesalers of food and consumer products, as well as to their supplier partners, by fostering their growth and promoting their role in feeding families and enriching the lives of their customers.

The Grocery Manufacturers Association is the voice of more than 300 leading food, beverage and consumer product companies that sustain and enhance the quality of life for hundreds of millions of people in the United States and around the globe. Based in Washington, D.C., GMA's member organizations include internationally recognized brands as well as steadily growing, localized brands.

GMRA of the Carolina's is committed to serving its membership in the advancement of the grocery industry through a strong advocacy of engagement and idea exchange. Through education initiatives and community involvement, they provide ongoing career development and powerful networking opportunities.

NACDS represents traditional drug stores, supermarkets, and mass merchants with pharmacies - from regional chains with four stores to national companies. NACDS commits that members' investments in NACDS will be rewarded through effective member services, meetings and conferences; effective public policy advocacy; and effective external and internal communications.

The mission of the Network of Executive Women is to attract, retain and advance women in the retail and consumer products industry through education, leadership and business development. The Network promotes gender diversity, career development and networking online and face-to face at national leadership conferences, educational workshops, and regional networking events in more than 15 American cities.
